{"id":8760,"date":"2024-02-11T19:42:09","date_gmt":"2024-02-11T19:42:09","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/samanoticiasdurango.com\/?p=8760"},"modified":"2024-02-11T19:42:11","modified_gmt":"2024-02-11T19:42:11","slug":"por-primera-vez-la-proteccion-y-cuidado-de-los-animales-podria-llegar-a-la-constitucion-mexicana","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/samanoticiasdurango.com\/index.php\/2024\/02\/11\/por-primera-vez-la-proteccion-y-cuidado-de-los-animales-podria-llegar-a-la-constitucion-mexicana\/","title":{"rendered":"Por primera vez, la\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/noticias.imer.mx\/blog\/amlo-presentara-iniciativa-para-concientizar-sobre-el-maltrato-animal\/\"><strong>protecci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>y\u00a0<strong>cuidado<\/strong>\u00a0de los\u00a0<strong>animales<\/strong>\u00a0podr\u00eda llegar a la\u00a0<strong>Constituci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u00a0mexicana"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>\u00bfY qu\u00e9 se propone?<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Para lograr la protecci\u00f3n y el cuidado a los animales se propone atender el tema desde tres \u00e1reas a nivel federal:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Con una<strong>&nbsp;reforma al Art\u00edculo 3<\/strong>&nbsp;para incluirlo en planes de estudios;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al&nbsp;<strong>art\u00edculo 4 que proh\u00edbe textualmente el maltrato a los animales y obliga al Estado su protecci\u00f3n y cuidado<\/strong>&nbsp;y;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Al&nbsp;<strong>art\u00edculo 73<\/strong>, que facultar\u00eda al Congreso&nbsp;<strong>expedir leyes para la protecci\u00f3n de los animales y para prevenir y prohibir el maltrato animal<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>De aprobarse, las&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GobiernoMX\/status\/1754857966950310142\">reformas<\/a>&nbsp;ser\u00edan un primer paso para avanzar en la protecci\u00f3n de los animales y posteriormente el Congreso ser\u00eda el encargado de legislar en la materia sobre c\u00f3mo lograr esa tarea.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00bfY qu\u00e9 se propone?
