Tras recibirse un llamado de auxilio en la cabina de radio de la Direcci\u00f3n
Municipal de Seguridad P\u00fablica, el cual fue emitido por una persona del
sexo femenino, polic\u00edas preventivos arrestaron a quien responde al nombre
de Mishael Juan Daniel \u201cN\u201d de 34 a\u00f1os de edad, por el se\u00f1alamiento de
la denunciante, a quien presuntamente le realiz\u00f3 tocamientos indebidos en
varias partes de su cuerpo, situaci\u00f3n por la que dicho sujeto fue detenido
en las calles Miguel de Cervantes Saavedra y avenida 20 de Noviembre de
la Zona Centro, luego se le traslad\u00f3 e ingres\u00f3 a los separos de la Estaci\u00f3n
Norte, donde el m\u00e9dico en turno determin\u00f3 que el detenido se encontr\u00f3
con intoxicaci\u00f3n por el consumo de (marihuana), luego se realizaron los
tr\u00e1mites correspondientes para ponerlo a disposici\u00f3n del Agente del
Ministerio P\u00fablico donde tendr\u00e1 que responder por los hechos antes
