en M\u00e9xico<\/a>"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La<strong>&nbsp;Comisi\u00f3n Interamericana de Derechos Humanos<\/strong>&nbsp;(CIDH) expres\u00f3 su&nbsp;<strong>preocupaci\u00f3n<\/strong>&nbsp;por la \u201c<strong>violencia<\/strong>\u201d contra&nbsp;<strong>defensores de derechos humanos<\/strong>&nbsp;y&nbsp;<strong>periodistas<\/strong>&nbsp;en M\u00e9xico, a la vez que reiter\u00f3 los \u201cdesaf\u00edos en materia de seguridad ciudadana\u201d, especialmente por el alto n\u00famero de&nbsp;<strong>desapariciones<\/strong>&nbsp;y la&nbsp;<strong>militarizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa Comisi\u00f3n observa con preocupaci\u00f3n la persistencia de denuncias sobre amenazas y violencia en contra de personas defensoras de derechos humanos y periodistas\u201d, indic\u00f3 el informe anual 2023 de este \u00f3rgano aut\u00f3nomo de la Organizaci\u00f3n de los Estados Americanos (OEA) con sede en Washington.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En&nbsp;<strong>2023<\/strong>, M\u00e9xico registr\u00f3 el&nbsp;<strong>asesinato<\/strong>&nbsp;de&nbsp;<strong>ocho<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>periodistas<\/strong>, la cifra m\u00e1s alta para un pa\u00eds que no vive una situaci\u00f3n de guerra, seg\u00fan datos de Amnist\u00eda Internacional Asimismo, lament\u00f3 \u201cparticularmente, la informaci\u00f3n proporcionada por la sociedad civil sobre los se\u00f1alamientos p\u00fablicos por parte de autoridades del Estado mexicano\u201d contra estos colectivos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, valor\u00f3 negativamente el \u201c<strong>retroceso<\/strong>\u201d en el \u201cplan gradual\u201d de&nbsp;<strong>retiro<\/strong>&nbsp;de las&nbsp;<strong>Fuerzas Armadas<\/strong>&nbsp;de cumplir funciones de seguridad p\u00fablica al prolongarse \u201clos plazos establecidos previamente\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En este sentido, la Comisi\u00f3n reiter\u00f3 que \u201cla situaci\u00f3n de&nbsp;<strong>violencia<\/strong>&nbsp;e&nbsp;<strong>inseguridad<\/strong>&nbsp;en M\u00e9xico, generada por el accionar de grupos del&nbsp;<strong>crimen organizado<\/strong>&nbsp;junto con una respuesta militarizada, tiene como consecuencia un&nbsp;<strong>incremento<\/strong>&nbsp;en graves&nbsp;<strong>violaciones<\/strong>&nbsp;de&nbsp;<strong>derechos<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>humanos<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador ha defendido su pol\u00edtica de involucrar al Ej\u00e9rcito mexicano en las labores de seguridad para encarar la crisis de violencia que vive el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aunque las cifras de homicidios han disminuido en los \u00faltimos a\u00f1os, a\u00fan se mantienen muy altas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Gobierno mexicano report\u00f3 un promedio de 81 asesinatos diarios en 2023 comparados con la media de 91 revisada por el Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (Inegi) para 2022, inform\u00f3 a comienzos de a\u00f1o la secretaria de Seguridad Ciudadana, Rosa Icela Rodr\u00edguez, en la conferencia matutina del Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Con informaci\u00f3n de
