novedad de que la libertad de expresi\u00f3n, protegida por la Constituci\u00f3n, se pretende extinguir para los acad\u00e9micos y trabajadores del IPN\u201d, denunci\u00f3 en redes sociales&nbsp;<strong>Ciro Murayama<\/strong>, exconsejero del Instituto Nacional Electoral (INE).<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Marco Antonio Ram\u00edrez Urbina<\/strong>, coordinador de Imagen Institucional del\u00a0<strong>IPN<\/strong>, firm\u00f3 un documento en el que se indica que la\u00a0<strong>prensa<\/strong>\u00a0\u201cdeber\u00e1 contar con\u00a0<strong>previa autorizaci\u00f3n<\/strong>\u201d para entrevistar a un docente, investigador o trabajador de la instituci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>De lo contrario, el personal que sea requerido por la prensa para hablar en cualquier formato, no podr\u00e1 dar la entrevista sin la respectiva
