La Fiscal\u00eda General del Estado, a trav\u00e9s de elementos pertenecientes a la Polic\u00eda Investigadora de Delitos (PID), y mediante una Orden de Aprehensi\u00f3n girada por el Juez de Control y Enjuiciamiento, se logra la captura de Dante Yahir \u201cN\u201d, de 20 a\u00f1os de edad, con domicilio en el municipio de Durango, se\u00f1alado como presunto responsable del feminicidio de Eva Liliana Montelongo Hern\u00e1ndez, de 35 a\u00f1os de edad, encontrada sin vida en los ba\u00f1os de la tienda departamental Coppel en la zona centro de esta ciudad, presentando como causa de muerte, asfixia por estrangulamiento.
Los hechos ocurrieron el pasado domingo, 12 de mayo, cuando Dante Yahir se introduce a la tienda departamental, y al ver que la joven mujer se introduc\u00eda al ba\u00f1o, la sigue y la somete -bajo la influencia de alguna droga- propin\u00e1ndole m\u00faltiples golpes severos y dej\u00e1ndola inconsciente.
Cabe puntualizar, que una vez logrado su objetivo, procedi\u00f3 con sus propias manos a obstruir su respiraci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s del cuello, logrando quitarle la vida, para despu\u00e9s emprender la huida.
Por lo que, como resultado del trabajo de la Polic\u00eda Investigadora de Delitos (PID), Servicios Periciales, y a las pruebas recabadas integradas en la carpeta de investigaci\u00f3n, se logra la detenci\u00f3n del presunto responsable, por lo que fue trasladado e internado en el Centro de Readaptaci\u00f3n Social No.1 de Durango, para la celebraci\u00f3n de la audiencia de formulaci\u00f3n de imputaci\u00f3n, y que el Juez resuelva sobre la solicitud de vinculaci\u00f3n del indiciado<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
